How access works here Everyone on the team's email domain is a member automatically, the moment they sign in, and there's nothing to set up for that. This page is only for the extra roles below: grant them to a person above, and take them away the same way. When someone leaves the team, Deactivate cuts their access to everything here, the pages and the Stak, instantly, and it's reversible — guests included. A deactivated guest can also be removed for good from the Deactivated list below.
