Do
- Caption every project with its year
- Use the green on the mark only
- Quote a range, never a number, for new work
Don't
- Call a project 'luxury'
- Promise a completion date in copy
- Show a project without its location
Hard rules from the Stak- Never publish a project timeline as a promise — weather and permits control the schedule and the Stak says to phrase it as a range.
- Maintenance is for past design-build clients only. Never market it as a standalone service.
A draft that breaks one of these does not ship. Claude files a request instead.
