Do
- Say what happens at the appointment
- Keep the blue for the wordmark and headings
- Send anything with a claim through the queue
Don't
- Promise how a visit will feel
- Mention implants or surgery as services
- Quote a review that names a patient
Hard rules from the Stak- HARD RULE — no outcome or comfort promises. 'Painless', 'guaranteed', and 'the best' are all prohibited in patient-facing copy.
- HARD RULE — never describe the practice as offering implants or oral surgery. Both are referred out.
- Never name a patient, or describe a case specifically enough to identify one, even from a public review.
A draft that breaks one of these does not ship. Claude files a request instead.
